Mythical Zoan Devil Fruits are known to be the rarest of all in the One Piece world. Mythical Zoan is a subclass of the Zoan category, which allows the user to transform into various creatures. The most powerful transformation of a Mythical Zoan user is their hybrid form, which allows them to utilize the power of the said creature in a more humanoid body, giving them the best of both worlds.

Marco is one of the first Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit users that fans got to see in One Piece. His debut came in the Marineford arc, specifically when Kizaru attempted to take the head of Whitebeard with his powerful Yasakani no Magatama. Marco took to utilizing his hybrid form almost immediately after and fought the Paramount War with great strength. He then played a significant role in the Wano Country arc as well, where he once again tapped into his hybrid form.

His strength is such that, in Wano, he was able to fight both King and Queen at the same time, and that makes him a ferocious enemy for anyone to take on in battle.
Saint Killingham is a member of the Rimoshifu Family of the Celestial Dragons, and he, too, is a user of a Mythical Zoan fruit. He ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Kirin, which allows him to transform into a Kirin, and he also has a hybrid form. In fact, Killenham has two distinct hybrids: one with a humanoid body with the head of a Kirin, and the lower half of a Kirin with the torso of a human. In either case, Killingham is incredibly powerful, and much of his strength stems from the Depths Covenant he received from Nerona Imu. This Covenant makes him immortal and allows him to regenerate from any and all injuries.
Killingham is also granted superhuman strength by Nerona Imu. When powered up by an Omen, his strength increases even further and is taken beyond the level of a Yonko First Mate. Only those who can use the Color of the Supreme King in their attacks can damage Killingham, and that is a big strength that he possesses.
Killingham is easily one of the strongest hybrids, and his Devil Fruit abilities are even more special. Using the powers of the Kirin, Killingham has become a Dream Human, and he can turn dreams and nightmares into reality. In Elbaf, he single-handedly ran over the country using the dream monsters created from the nightmares of the children. At the same time, his own nightmares gave rise to the Rain God Zaza, which is a powerful God capable of fighting against the vast majority of Elbaf warriors single-handedly. Undoubtedly, Killingham's Devil Fruit is one of the strongest we have seen.
Yamato is also a powerful Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit user and is known to have consumed the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami. This Devil Fruit was secured by Kaido at some point and was consumed by Yamato at a very young age. By adulthood, Yamato has fully mastered the powers of this Devil Fruit that allow them to transform into a guardian deity fox of Wano Country.
