Tokens are a currency that can be used to redeem specific rewards within the Ultimate Team store. These items range from packs to players and can be a great way to upgrade your team without having to spend a ton of coins or FC points.
Right now, there are only two types of tokens in FC 27, but this will change as the year goes on and more token types will be added as part of promo events.
The first token type in FC 27 is the Champions Token; these are earned through competing in the Champions events each week. You can qualify for these by playing the Rivals game mode and taking your team online against other players.
The amount of any token type that you can accrue at any time is capped, and you'll stop earning them once you hit this cap.
Depending on how well you perform over a Champions weekend, you'll be rewarded with a number of tokens that you can then spend in the token store.
There are 18 total rewards that you can claim using your Champions Tokens.
Each reward can only be redeemed once, but these rewards will update from time to time, which includes bringing new rewards and restocking existing rewards. The expiration timer is available when viewing each reward.
