The Fawn Alone Anomaly is located at the intersection northeast of the Duskmoor Wertheimer Tower. However, it only spawns at midnight, meaning you need to switch the time between 23:00 and 00:00. Once it has spawned, follow the Fawn Anomaly around the map until it vanishes.
