Final Fantasy 10 is approaching a major milestone, and Square Enix is preparing a special release to celebrate the occasion. The beloved RPG officially hit its 25th anniversary back in July 2026, marking a quarter-century since players first experienced Tidus, Yuna, and their journey across Spira. To commemorate the occasion, Square Enix is releasing a new collector-focused Final Fantasy 10 product featuring specially selected music and brand-new anniversary artwork.
Few games in the Final Fantasy series are as closely associated with their setting and music as Final Fantasy 10. From the peaceful beaches of Besaid to the emotional journey surrounding Yuna's pilgrimage, FF10's soundtrack became an important part of its identity. Square Enix is leaning into that connection for the anniversary release, with the packaging featuring commemorative artwork created by Tetsuya Nomura specifically to celebrate 25 years of Final Fantasy 10.
The centerpiece of the release is a 2-disc analog vinyl set, dubbed Eternal Calm, containing 20 songs selected from the original Final Fantasy 10 soundtrack. The records feature a clear coloration inspired by the game's seaside environments, giving the set a visual connection to Spira in addition to its collection of music. The release is designed to work as a display piece for fans, while also providing an MP3 download code for those who don't have a record player. Fans can pre-order it now at the link above, with its release date set for November 2026.

The track selection covers several of Final Fantasy 10's most recognizable musical moments. The first record includes "Zanarkand," "Otherworld," "This Is Your Story," "Tidus's Theme," "Besaid," and "Blitz Off!" on its first side, followed by "Enemy Attack," "Fight With Seymour," "The Truth Revealed," and "A Contest Of Aeons" on the second. The second record continues with songs including "Hum Of The Fayth," "Spira Unplugged," "Yuna's Theme," "The Sending," "Servants of the Mountain," and "Via Purifico."
The final side rounds out the anniversary collection with "Yuna's Decision," "SUTEKI DA NE (Isn't It Wonderful?), "A Fleeting Dream," and "Ending Theme." The included MP3 code goes beyond the vinyl selection, providing access to 89 tracks from the Final Fantasy 10 original Soundtrack, although two songs from that soundtrack are excluded. Square Enix notes that the download code has a limited number of uses and could eventually have a time limit placed on its availability.
The Final Fantasy 10 25th anniversary vinyl set is scheduled to release in November 2026. Since it is an imported vinyl release from Japan, Square Enix warns that some packaging components may be in Japanese and that shipments could experience additional delays due to customs. For fans who have spent 25 years with Final Fantasy 10's Tidus, Yuna, and the world of Spira, the release offers another way to mark one of the most memorable entries in the Final Fantasy series as it reaches its quarter-century milestone.
