How to Complete the Wild Hunt Quest in Runescape: Dragonwilds (All Nature Spirit Locations)

How to Complete the Wild Hunt Quest in Runescape: Dragonwilds (All Nature Spirit Locations)

Players can get a mount in Runescape: Dragonwilds by completing The Wild Hunt, an unmarked sidequest in the Fellhollow region. Here, you need to find and beat three Nature Spirits found in willow groves in western Fellhollow, then bring their Primordial Hearts to a man named Vannaka near the forked road by the region's entrance. This is a fairly simple quest, but if you don't want to comb through the entirety of western Fellhollow, here's a Runescape: Dragonwilds guide that shows you where you can find all three Nature Spirits.

First, look for Vannaka by a camp next to a ruined wall section near the forked road in southern Fellhollow. Talk to him, and he'll tell you that he wants the Primordial Hearts of Nature Spirits found somewhere in the region. Neither Vannaka nor the Nature Spirits are marked on your map, but you can refer to the one above for all of their locations.

The Nature Spirits are ghosts that resemble Terror Birds from the Fractured Plains. You'll find them near ponds on the marked areas of the map above. They're Power Level 5, but you can easily take them out even if you're only Power Level 4 as long as you play carefully. Any weapon and damage type will do, but you'll want to keep an eye out for any undead that might try to swarm you while fighting the Nature Spirits.

Once all three Nature Spirits have been taken care of, go back to Vannaka and give him the Primordial Hearts. He'll say something about an old Garou ritual that will let you summon beasts out of thin air.

Once you've completed the quest, you'll notice that the actions list on the bottom-right of your screen now has a Mount prompt. On PC, the default key to use your mount in Runescape: Dragonwilds is Alt. For Xbox and Switch controllers, it's Y and X respectively. You must hold these buttons for a short while to make your mount appear.

For the most part, you'll only get to choose between a variety of Terror Birds. As far as I'm aware, there are no practical differences between each Terror Bird breed, and while they all look different, they all function the same.

Once you reach the Umbral Sands region, you'll be able to unlock a Magic Carpet mount by completing the first part of the Ichtlarin's Little Helper quest.

Terror Birds provide a +200 bonus to your maximum Carry Weight, allowing you to carry more stuff before getting weighed down. Magic Carpets don't provide this bonus — instead, they let you jump higher and take less fall damage, all while being faster than Terror Birds while exploring the Umbral Sands' desert region.
