In the world of Marvel Rivals, there really is no character too big or too small to make it into the game. The newest addition is the bane of all godly beings, Gorr the God Butcher, and he is an unholy terror.
Gorr is one of the few villain characters we’ve received in Marvel Rivals, and he’s coming in hot. As a Duelist, he’s got some really cool skills and abilities, but he’s a very feast-or-famine character.
No matter how you might feel about this strange fellow, he’s got the skills to pay the bills. He’s not the easiest character to play, so you might run into more than a few problems playing him; this guide should help you out.
Gorr is a fairly complex character, although his basics seem pretty simple. He isn’t a character you’re going to find a lot of success with in your first few fights, but once you have the hang of him, he can dominate lobbies.
On the surface, Gorr has a pretty straightforward combo to unleash that can potentially crush a lot of the more squishy characters. The only problem is you’ll have to get in there and get out without going back to spawn.
He plays a lot like Magik with a few more buttons and some more sustainability. You’re going to find yourself able to wipe out a couple of people at a time if you play your cards right.
Unleash up to 4-strike rapid combo with All-Black, the Necrosword.
Charge and launch a symbiote mass forward. Hitting an enemy slows and teleports nearby Black Berserkers to them, or spawns a new one. Arriving Berserkers unleash a two-strike melee attack to Launch Up nearby enemies before reverting to ranged mode.
