There's a secret side quest in The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine that involves a former Spotted Wight who now lives at Corvo Bianco. If you treat her well, she might just become a new cook for your estate and provide you with warm meals, but that's not all. Freeing Marlene and completing The Hunger Game quest will reward you with the easiest 400 Crowns and gold trophy you'll ever get, which is why you can use this guide for them all!
During the Blood and Wine main quest, La Cage au Fou, you must rescue Marlene by lifting the Spotted Wight's curse. This means you cannot attack her, and you must attempt to lift her curse and eat without a spoon. Failing these steps means you won't be able to find Marlene and bring her back to Corvo Bianco.
After completing La Cage au Fou, wait 48 hours and return to Corvo Bianco. Marlene will be in the main hall of your manor, and you can speak with her. Marlene then asks you what she should do with her life, as she's free after centuries, but that also means all of her loved ones and family are dead.
Geralt has a decision to make regarding Marlene's fate:
You should let Marlene stay with you at Corvo Bianco. She's no trouble at all, and she even cooks you meals, which you can find in a chest near the kitchen. More importantly, this opens up a treasure hunt that will take you back to the Trastamara Estate Ruins, where you freed her.
Head to the Trastamara Estate Ruins and enter the cellar filled with thousands of spoons. You need to locate the correct wine barrel, which at the east wall. Interact with it, and you will be able to get 400 Crowns and the Gold Stick of Joy, which is a trophy you can place in Corvo Bianco.
