The August 2026 PlayStation Plus games, which are still available to claim at the time of this writing, are Big Walk, Dying Light 2, and Signalis. Signalis is a single-player survival-horror game, but Big Walk and Dying Light 2 are both open world co-op experiences. Big Walk allows up to 12 players to explore its world together, solving puzzles and unlocking new areas, whereas Dying Light 2 allows up to four players to fight zombies in co-op.
Wobbly Life is notably available for both PS4 and PS5. Sony previously announced that it was phasing out PS Plus support for PS4, but has yet to actually follow through with it. In fact, multiple free PS Plus games for September 2026 have native PS4 releases, so those that have yet to upgrade to Sony's newest console won't be left out.

The other free PS Plus games for September 2026 joining Wobbly Life are Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, and Chained Echoes. MLB The Show 26 is PS5-only, but Sniper Elite: Resistance and Chained Echoes are both available on PS4. So even though it's been nearly a year since Sony said it was no longer going to prioritize PlayStation 4 with its PS Plus offerings, the majority of the new titles coming in September will be available to PS4 gamers.
