Once you finally reach the Control Room in Silent Hill Townfall, you will find the Remote Systems Control document and the objective to relive the events on CCTV. This is very confusing if you don't know what to do, as there are no additional hints in the room that will help you solve the puzzle. Luckily for you, we've solved it for you. The Remote Systems Control document shows that the first two columns are for the Command, the second two columns are for the Equipment, and the numbers are for the ID. Ignore the "Aux Line B" code for now; just focus on what we show you below.
Your first step must be to OPEN VALVE B. You can do this by looking at the CCTV monitor and flicking through the camera feed until you find Cam ID: 005, which is room Valves A - C. Aim the camera to the right, and you'll find the Valve B ID, which is 254. Now, input the buttons shown above and press the Enter key.
Your next step is to START FILTER A. To do so, flick through the CCTV cameras until you find CAM ID: 000, which is the Filter Unit. Then check the desk for the Filter A ID, which is 103. Input the symbols shown above and press Enter, and you will get your next objective.
At the locker, input the code 0825 to get the AUX Key. You now need to return to the elevator and enter the AUX room, where you must solve the Auxiliary Lines puzzle. This seems very complicated, but click the guide below for a full explanation:
Once solved, return to the Control Room, but don't forget to lock the door so you can remain safely inside without monsters trying to get you!
Remember the Remote Systems Control document? This is when it comes in handy. You need to FLUSH AUX LINE B, so if you read the note to the right of the console, you'll see that Aux Line B's ID is 246. Now, input the symbols shown above and hit Enter.
Return to the CCTV feed and access Cam ID: 002 to find the Regulator Systems. You will find a console here with white paint, showing that the ID is 781. Now, return to the console and input the command, equipment, and ID shown above to STOP THE REGULATOR.
