After speaking with Leech upstairs, you'll need to find his drawings. Head downstairs into the Lab, which is to the left of the Kitchen. On the shelf by the bed, you'll find this Whiskey Bottle.
Ignore the wolf howling and instead take a right into the nearby cave. Inside, you'll find the Whiskey Bottle.
Once you destroy the Relay Tower and Sabretooth frees you from the rubble, take a right instead of following the objective to find a scent that leads you into a room containing the Whiskey Bottle.
After the giant jet engine encounter through the portal, follow the scent but keep to the left. You'll find a locked door by a wooden box, and the code is 5413. Inside the room is a floor grate that you can access to enter another room that has the Whiskey Bottle.
