Deckard Cain is just one part of a multitude of new updates coming in the Season of Hell's Legacy that honor the franchise's past. The new season is bringing back the Dark Wanderers as one of its main enemies, acting as possessed, corrupted versions of playable characters from previous games. The Season of Hell's Legacy is also adding multiple new Uniques to Diablo 4 based on past items, including Leoric's Crown and the Stone of Jordan, among others. Diablo 4 is even introducing multiple cosmetics in its new battle pass, based on popular characters and bosses from older games.
While the Season of Hell's Legacy celebrates Diablo's history, Blizzard recently gave fans an early look at the franchise's future.
