Near the start of the game, make your way to the west side of Shorefront and enter the video store. The Strange Postcard can be found on the table inside the store.
When you first enter St. Amelia Park, the objective is to go right. However, to find this postcard, you want to take a left and enter the back alley. A Strange Postcard can be found on the ground next to the dumpster.
In the northwest part of the Shorefront map, you can find a Strange Postcard on the wall that surrounds the city. The best time to grab this is when you're on your way to Jess' apartment after completing Zoe's apartment and clinic puzzle.
Enter building #16 on Farrow Street and go upstairs to reach apartment 1/2. In the southeast room of this apartment, a Strange Postcard can be found on the ground next to the bed.
South of St. Amelia Medical Center, a Strange Postcard can be found down a small stairwell next to a pair of boots. You can claim this postcard during the "Journey to Medical" chapter.
