The Ballistazooka can be found inside the Sentry's Grave dungeon in Mortal Shell 2. To get there, you need to explore the southern Mammon region until you reach the Gate of Mammon Beacon. From there, head up the Lonesome Spire and look for the dungeon's entrance along the main path. The weapon is dropped as a reward for beating the Subjugated Guardian, one of the more frustrating of minibosses in Mortal Shell 2, so be prepared for a fight.
The Gate of Mammon is the Beacon closest to the Ballistazooka, and to reach it, you'll first need to cleanse the corruption on top of Marrow Keep. Take the jump pad to the Outskirts of Mammon, then head west past the soldier camps and rope bridges to the west. There's a bone gate at the end that leads to the Abandoned Outpost Beacon.
The enemies in the southern part of the map are much stronger than the ones up north, so make sure you're sufficiently leveled before going here.
From the Abandoned Outpost, cut through the slums below, then follow the path upward (past the miner enemy blocking an archway) and keep following the trail to find the Gate of Mammon. If you ever feel lost, just look up and refer to the huge structure looking over in the distance.
The entrance to this dungeon is just by the base of the Lonesome Spire. From the Gate of Mammon Beacon, just head up the nearby stairs, then keep going up until you get to the room just past the halberd-wielding knight. Inside that room, look for the dungeon entrance to the right, just before the door that leads to another set of stairs.
Sentry's Grave is full of ballista-head enemies, and the Subjugated Guardian boss is just a stronger version of these guys that fires clusterbombs. To beat the boss, run straight to his arena, then get rid of the weaker enemies on the ledges above. Then, stick close to the Subjugated Guardian to prevent him from spamming his clusterbomb shots. Beating him will reward you with the Ballistazooka.
I haven't fully explored all the potential Ballistazooka builds, but so far, I've had decent success with the Fusillade Stone and Corroded Stone with a ranged crit setup using the following:
At max potential, this loadout grants 53% crit chance, +140% crit damage, and Burn damage to the hardest-hitting Sidearm in Mortal Shell 2. This is best used for hitting enemies after Breaking them, as the Ballistazooka has a very slow draw speed.
