There are three Tiki Bars in Borderlands 4 Story Pack 2: FL4K and the Last Resort, and each of them requires you to activate a generator, kill enemies, stay in the green area, and then pull the lever to activate it. Tiki Bars act as safehouses for Providence, and you'll find vending machines, bounty boards, and a new fast travel station. Here's where you can find them all, and how to activate them!
The first Tiki Bar you activate is the Surly Centipede, which can only be activated after talking with FL4K in "The Skag and the Robot". If you come to this location before speaking with FL4K, you will make no progress when interacting with the generator.
Like all generators, stay in the green radius while ECHO-4 gets to work. You'll have to kill Rippers in the meantime, and while they can enter the green radius, you can't, as leaving will reset the progress back to 0%. Once progress reaches 100%, pull the lever to the left of the generator.
The Wrecked Ratch is in the south-west area of Pyroclast Field, and you'll find the generator just before the actual tiki bar, which has Tediore protecting it. When you activate the generator, you will need to stay in the green radius and protect it from Pangolins. Once it's at 100%, pull the lever to the left of the generator on top of a box.
The final Tiki Bar is in the south district of Bagheera Range, and you'll find the generator before the Tiki Bar. Once you activate the generator, stay in the green radius and kill the approaching Manglers. You should try to leave the Tediore at the Tiki Bar alive, as the Manglers will often auto-path to them instead of you. Regardless, at 100%, pull the jumpstart lever on the left on a box.
Completing all three Tiki Bars will unlock the "Safe Spaces" challenge.
