The Marvel TV and animation panel at New York Comic Con 2026 is almost upon us. While both the Marvel panels at SDCC 2026 and D23 focused primarily on Marvel's future movies, New York Comic Con has become the traditional home for Marvel TV announcements, and this year is no different.
VisionQuest is bound to be a major fixture given it debuts in less than a week, but we're also expecting/hoping for news on Daredevil: Born Again season 3, X-Men '97 season 3, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man season 2… and dare we dream that a brand new Marvel show could be announced? Fingers crossed, anyway. You can check out our full Marvel TV panel predictions list for our best guesses about what to expect.
As always, GamesRadar+ will be on the ground at NYCC to bring you all the news as it happens. So follow along with us below as we chronicle Marvel's big night. For more from New York Comic Con in the meantime, here are our most-anticipated panels from across the weekend.
The New York Comic Con Marvel TV and Animation panel takes places from 4:15-5:45pm ET (that's 1:15-2:45pm PT/9:15-10:45pm BST) on the Empire Stage at New York Comic Con.However, Marvel's New York Comic Con panel won't be livestreamed, so the only way to keep up with the latest news and announcements is to be in the room… or know someone who is, like your pals at GamesRadar+. We'll be on the ground to bring you the latest news the moment it drops, so stick around and we'll keep you up to date on the very latest from the world of Marvel, as it happens.
T-minus 1-hour till it all kicks off! A quick reminder of the current status of Marvel TV and animation:
And that's it! After Daredevil: Born Again season 3, there isn't a single live-action Marvel show officially in the works at present, though there are reports of multiple shows in development, including a spy series code-named Zodiac. Could that make an appearance tonight?
If you've been keeping up with the Daredevil: Born Again season 3 news, you'll know it hasn't been smooth sailing behind the scenes. Reportedly, showrunner Dario Scardapane exited in the middle of post-production on the final season when his contract wasn't renewed. A particularly odd choice when you consider it was Scardapane who rescued the first season by more clearly establishing it as a continuation of the Netflix show.
After the shock cancellation of Wonder Man season 2, it's left Marvel Studios in the peculiar position of having no officially announced live-action Disney Plus shows in the works following Born Again season 3 next March. Of course, we could learn what those future plans are today, and perhaps we'll get some much-needed clarity about what's going on with Born Again's final season.
