While the first three chapters of the story mode in Halloween: The Game have two collectibles for you to gather, in chapter four you can add three to your collection. The Chapter 4 Loomis Logs can be missable, so you're going to want to follow the pathing that we show below so you won't have to repeat a deadly chapter!
In this chapter, there is only one that you can find the same way as the last few chapters, by exploring the area around the main story. The final two are about timing and knowing the location.
The cutscenes show you a specific house that the story takes place in, the Wallace house. Across the street from there is an optional explorable area. There are two pumpkins on either side of the steps up to the porch, and the house number reads 1542. If you go into the front door of the home, the room on the left has a macramé wall hanging decoration above a side table. On top of the table is a recording.
The Wallace house has a detached laundry room behind the garage in their backyard. Once you've seen the first cutscene at the Wallace house, you can go in here to try and retrieve it from on top of the dryer. However, be warned: your target, Annie, will come into the room after a few minutes.
Do this right as the level begins to have the best chance of staying hidden. If you're trying to get Challenge 1 completed for the level, you'll have time to wait anyway.
You can also get to this room after the second cutscene with Annie. She will go toward the car, then to the front door and inside. If you go to the left side of the house while facing it, you can get into the laundry room while she's inside.
Watch out for a dog at the Wallace house after the first scene with Annie.
Your final opportunity to get this is after you kill Annie. There will be a task to hide her upstairs. You can use this time to grab the collectible without any risk of detection, losing a victim, or being blocked out of the area.
