Where to Get the Wuk Lamat Minion in Final Fantasy XIV

As the summer season in Final Fantasy XIV's Eorzea winds down, so is the Dawntrail expansion, with its highly-anticipated successor, Evercold, drawing ever-closer on the horizon ahead of its early 2027 debut. However, that doesn't mean that your Turali adventures won't get some celebratory closure.

That's where the annual Rising Event comes in, and it's back once more to give players a chance at some charming rewards while completing some heartfelt event quests. Here's a guide for how to complete the event and all of its quests, and all the rewards it has up for grabs.

Like most seasonal events in Final Fantasy XIV, the 2026 Rising Event kicks off with a unique quest for you to complete. There are two quests total, so make sure to pick up both of them to get every possible quest-related reward, along with others you can receive from a local vendor.

Note that your character needs to be at least Level 15 to pick up and complete these quests.

The first quest you need is called 'The Symphony of Life', and to pick it up you'll need to speak to the Wandering Minstrel NPC in the Upper Decks section of Limsa Lominsa, specifically at (X:11.0, Y:12.8), which is just to the right of the Aftcastle mini-aetheryte.

Once you have the quest, it'll then ask you to go and speak with the querying Keeper of the Moon, who you can find just across the Aftcastle plaza that's been decorated for the occasion at (X:11.7, Y:14.2). Speak to them, and they'll introduce themselves as Bathu Molkoh, a member of the Orchestra Gridania while also remarking that they're looking for a fellow musician.

After the cutscene, go and meet up with Bathu again in The Drowning Wench pub nearby at (X:11.2, Y:11.5) and speak to her again. She'll then accompany you henceforth, and you'll need to escort her across the Upper Decks to the Culinarian's Guild at (X:10.1, Y:8.2). Once there, speak with Lyngsath the Guildmaster.

Next, escort Bathu to the Marauder's Guild in the Coral Tower at (X:11.3, Y:6.3) and speak with Ayoyo inside. With clues as to the missing musician's whereabouts, you now need to go survey an area on the far south side of the Upper Decks. Escort Bathu back to the plaza near the Aftcastle (you can use the respective mini-aetheryte to jump back over there quickly, and you won't lose Bathu) to (X:11.9, Y:13.7), and interact with the Destination point of interest.
