To cleanse Dravakar's temple, you're going to need to get the Blacksmith's Hammer, ignite it in a brazier with Astral Flame, and provide the Titan with a zombie offering, then navigate through a rather complex laser beam puzzle. There's quite a lot to do, but this step-by-step guide will make sure you complete this step of the Rex Infernus main quest faster than the rest.
To begin, you need to use the Nexus Forge to interact with the three cranks you opened with the Void Talon (upgraded grappling hook). This can be extremely frustrating without help, so use the Cleanse the Temples puzzle solver at rex-infernus.netlify. Just input the rotation direction, where each crank is located, and make sure your target is set to Dravakar.
Once the blue laser beam from the Nexus Forge is shooting into Dravakar's mouth, you will need to equip the Shatter Blast Ammo Mod onto your weapon via The Arsenal. Now, take a Void Claw and grapple into Dravakar Inner Sanctum, the same area with the anvil where you got the Warden's Blight wonder weapon.
In each corner of the room, you will find a shield. You need to lure a zombie in front of the shield and kill it with a Shatter Blast activation. If the zombie dies to a Shatter Blast directly in front of the shield, it will break, and one of the four shields will reveal the Blacksmith's Hammer that you can pick up.
With the Blacksmith's Hammer, drop down into Dravakar's Main Chamber where you can place the item in the stone brazier. Now, return to the Nexus Forge and use the Void Claw to pull a purple orb into the Pack-a-Punch machine, then rotate the Cranks so that the braziers in the Nexus Forge have the Astral Flame.
Pick up an Astral Flame and throw it at the brazier with the Blacksmith's Hammer. The brazier will remain lit, and a blue mist will shoot into a zombie. You must now take this zombie to Caltheris Passage and purchase the Titan Trap when the zombie is in the middle. This will cause the zombie to run to the Titan's gauntlet and get crushed, and if done correctly, you will get a quote from Dravakar.
Return to Dravakar's Main Chamber, where just in front of the central pillar, you will find a stone tablet on the ground. Interact with the tablet, and then stand on the stone plate while using Armor Plates. After enough re-plating, the stone will rise and reveal a dial, which you can raise into the air by shooting it with a charged Warden's Blight shot.
You will need to shoot the dial so that it's firing into the southeast upper wall of Dravakar's Main Chamber. The laser beam must be pointing in the exact spot shown in the image above. You can do this by shooting the dial in the central ring so it moves in small increments.
