An early quest in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is called 'A Peculiar Message' and asks you to find two women holding brooms somewhere around the Arena (they're not in lowtown or hightown, according to the questgiver).
With there being so many NPCs walking around Dagsion, it can be hard to pinpoint the two women, so this guide will show you exactly where to find them in Fortune's Weave.
We've marked both of the ladies' locations in the screenshot above. You can see the first orange star behind the fountain across the entrance to the arena. The woman is hiding behind a pillar in the semicircle area south of the fountain.
The other woman is a bit east of that first location, near some vendors, just southwest of the quest bulletin board. We'll include a screenshot of both locations below to make it easier for you to narrow down their "hiding spots."
