The big news story of last week was that Kojima Productions' action-espionage game PHYSINT was switching publishers from PlayStation to Xbox, and Xbox boss Asha Sharma has since been visiting the team in recent days.
Both Sharma and Hideo Kojima himself posted about this on social media, with the Xbox boss highlighting how it was a "working day" to discuss PHYSINT, the previously-announced Xbox project "OD", and everything else for the future.
You can see all of their posts below:
As mentioned in the second tweet there, Asha Sharma signed the signboard over at Kojima Productions as well - she wrote "to invention and adventure together with Xbox".
Is it us, or is it just crazy to see Hideo Kojima decked out in Xbox attire in these photos too?! This clearly seems to be a big, meaningful partnership for the future, and Kojima's beaming smile suggests he's fully excited for it!
Both PHYSINT and OD still seem to be a few years away yet, but we're hoping this collaboration means we might be playing Death Stranding 2 on Xbox before long, and who knows what else might be in the works from Asha and Kojima.
