Money is everything in WARDOGS, and if you don't want to spend each life losing thousands of dollars' worth of gear, then you might want to consider using budget loadouts that are cheap but still effective in most combat encounters. There's a lot of flexibility when it comes to building a loadout in WARDOGS, and below, you'll find our favorite cost-efficient setups for each infantry class.
This is the list of basic armor and supplies that I typically bring to a WARDOGS match if I'm playing frugally. Treat this as the foundation that all your other loadouts will be based on — this basic armor and supplies loadout is a one-size-fits-all setup that'll work with every infantry role you want, and there's enough space for flexibility as well. The recommended loadouts below are all built upon this selection of gear.
For protection, I found that combining a Level 1 Helmet with a Level 2 Armor is the most cost-efficient setup for the following reasons:
There are a lot of factors affecting BTK values, so it's up to you to decide if a Level 2 Helmet is worth buying. In my experience, I die more often to body shots than headshots, and since bolt-action sniper rifles can still one-shot you to the head even with a Level 2 Helmet, I've since opted for Level 1s instead.
T-21 (RK6 Grip + Hexagon Brake + 30-round mag)

The T-21 has the worst recoil out of all assault rifles in WARDOGS so far, but with the basic RK6 and Hexagon Brake attachments, it becomes pretty manageable. This modded setup is $800 cheaper than a base Galil, and while it's not as good at beaming people down at medium-long range, the T-21 is still quite good if you pace your shots.
If you're raiding FOBs (you should if you're playing an assault role), always bring at least two IEDs so you can bust open dual-gate airlock layouts. If you're willing to spend more, then buy a Remote Detonator and a few C4 charges instead.
