Yennefer of Vengerberg truly is Geralt's one true love, but is their love magically bound because of a djinn, or does it go deeper than magic? The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has a Yennefer romance questline that you will want help completing, as going to the right places and saying the right things will ensure Geralt and Yennefer end up together (along with some raunchy scenes). If you want Yennefer to be your romance partner past the ending, you cannot romance Triss at the same time.
Your first opportunity to romance Yennefer will happen after Destination: Skellige, where you will get The King Is Dead – Long Live The King main quest. Progress through Ermion's workshop and kill the Earth Elemental, where poisonous gas will begin to fill the room, and you must make the following choices:
The pair will undress and begin a rather intimate scene that we can't show you here, so you'll have to experience it in-game for yourself! There are no other dialogue options that matter before or after these two
You must now progress through the main quests (Echoes of the Past > Missing Persons > Nameless > The Calm Before the Storm) until you have access to The Last Wish. The Last Wish should be a priority, as the quest will fail if you retrieve Uma from Crow's Perch in Ugly Baby.
When you meet Yennefer in Larvik, make sure you pick "Fine. I'll help you.", as this will begin the quest and allow you to follow the objectives to locate and bind the djinn.
Later in the quest, Yennefer will teleport her and Geralt to a snowy mountain in Skellige. You will want to select the following dialogue options:
