While exploring the Downtown Zone, players will come across a lonely dog sitting on a rooftop patio in Control Resonant. There's an empty bed near the dog, and Dylan will figure out that the little doggo is missing her toy. So, players will need to find the toy for the dog and preferably make its day. Here's the location of the dog's toy in the Downtown zone.
To find the Dog in Downtown in Control Resonant, players need to head down the road going northwest from the Oldest House. While I recommend unlocking the reach ability first, you'll still be able to complete the dog quest just fine.
Head over to the nearby building and pick up the toy, which is a blue dinosaur. You won't be able to fully use your abilities after picking up the toy, but you'll still be able to climb just fine. So, hop and climb up to the building and put the dinosaur toy into the dog's bed in Control Resonant.
This will complete the quest and add the "Every Dog Has Her Day" to your quest log. Players will receive 1x Unidentified Reading, but the real reward for this little quest is being able to pet the dog afterward.
This little quest isn't the last time you'll be seeing the dog, as players will need to find the same dog in all other zones in Control Resonant and retrieve her toy. Doing so will unlock the "Dog's Best Friend" trophy.
