We've seen a lot of people really enjoying the new Xbox Disc to Digital feature ever since it rolled out for everyone earlier this week, and as mentioned previously, it supports over 1,500 physical games with potentially more to come.
That means there are obviously some games that don't work though, and if there's one request we're seeing more than anything else, it's for Xbox to somehow find a way to gain support for various Forza Horizon games.
As things stand, none of the physical Forza Horizon editions work with Xbox Disc to Digital, and the same goes for the Forza Motorsport series as well.
Why? Well, it's almost certainly going to be to do with licensing, and let's not forget that Forza games always end up getting delisted after a few years when their licensing deals come to an end.
There might be something in the terms and conditions that says Xbox can't convert physical versions to digital copies, which is probably why not even Forza Horizon 6 — a game that just came out — has support for the feature.
Xbox has said that more games may become available with Disc to Digital over time, so perhaps they'll find a way to add Forza Horizon (and Motorsport) in the future. As things stand though, it doesn't look like it's going to happen.
Nevermind - there are still a ridiculous number of D2D games that you can enjoy digitally instead!
