Naruto Uzumaki is the protagonist of the original Naruto series and the most important character in the entire franchise. As the Seventh Hokage, Naruto established his dominance as the strongest shinobi in history, and he achieved this with the power of his Tailed Beast, Kurama. Naruto forged a bond with Kurama in the 4th Great Ninja War and attained tremendous powers. He also befriended the other Tailed Beasts and received a portion of their powers, which he held onto for quite a long time until he eventually lost Kurama in Boruto Chapter 55.
Now, in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, a new Tailed Beast user has emerged who holds even greater potential than Naruto Uzumaki, and that's his very own daughter, Himawari, who is a Tailed Beast incarnate, far surpassing a standard Jinchuriki.
In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 10, released on May 20, 2024, Himawari Uzumaki was revealed to be the new host for Kurama, the Tailed Beast we previously believed had died. In Boruto Chapter 52, Naruto and Kurama joined forces to fight and take down Isshiki Otsutsuki in battle. They did this using Baryon Mode, which saw them fuse their chakra to create a new form of energy in an attempt to take down the Otsutsuki. While Isshiki was defeated, Kurama eventually ended up dying as a result in Boruto Chapter 55, leaving Naruto weaker than ever before.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 10 brought back the Tailed Beast, but not outside in the ninja world; instead, Kurama returned inside Himawari for some unknown reason. Regardless, Himawari became a new Tailed Beast user, but unlike all the other previous users of Kurama, she is not a Jinchuriki. This was officially confirmed to us in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 25, where Kurama confirmed that Himawari is more like Jura than Naruto. In other words, she is not a Jinchuriki, but a humanoid version of a Tailed Beast who is one with her beast, both in terms of body and soul. In simpler words, Kurama and Himawari can be said to be a single entity, and just as Himawari can be called a Tailed Beast, Kurama can be called a human in a way.

Interestingly enough, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 10 also confirmed to us that Himawari has even greater potential than Naruto Uzumaki. Her affinity with Kurama is far greater than that of any other previous Jinchuriki, including Naruto himself. In other words, she can bring out more of his power and control his abilities far better once she fully matures.

As things stand, the best ability from Kurama that we have seen so far is Baryon Mode. This power was unveiled to us in Boruto Chapter 52, when Naruto Uzumaki decided to go all out against Isshiki in an attempt to take him down once and for all. Baryon Mode Naruto was incredibly powerful and reached power levels far eclipsing those of even Isshiki Otsutsuki, the strongest known antagonist in the entire franchise to date. Unfortunately, Baryon Mode eventually ran out, leaving Naruto Uzumaki without his beast. Himawari has the potential to not only reach the levels of Baryon Mode Naruto, but eventually surpass him. This is evident from the fact that her affinity with Kurama is far higher than that of Naruto. In other words, she can utilize and harness Kurama's powers far better.
