We have come to the epic conclusion of 2026’s most anticipated anime cooperative game, Orbitals, and it’s quite spectacular. It’s not a puzzle-oriented chapter like what we’ve become accustomed to, but instead a lengthy boss battle.
This isn’t exactly a lengthy story, but if you were following the plot, you likely saw the plot twist coming.
The first section of the fight is getting away from Togen as you are flying through debris and explosive mines. This is a chaotic section of the chapter as it can be a little difficult to see what’s coming at you. You can use the Push ability to get rid of some of the mines.
The next portion, the gunner will be shooting enemies from the back while the driver will be avoiding the purple explosions. Flying through the One Mind Machine, you will need to destroy the entrances to angle yourself correctly to squeeze through. Afterward, you will need to use Thunder Missiles to drop shields, otherwise you take massive damage and will likely die after a couple of hits.
Transition to an actual health bar, the Power Connector is the first “boss” as the gunner will need to pelt it with bullets, but the pilot will dodge the pulsating energy rings.
It’s reactionary, so when you see one of the three rings light up. Either move up or down to avoid them. The Power Connector will eventually close, and you’ll have to dodge laser beams and shoot down turrets.
With that out of the way, Togen is the next opponent. At the start, Togen will have a large shield guarding him, al while firing a large laser beam and a barrage of missiles. He will also shoot out blue mine balls. Avoid these but also Push them back at him. They will slowly chip away at the shield. When the shield goes down, attack the core of the ship (the giant red eye).
Afterward, the world will be engulfed in darkness. Then you will be transported to a red realm where there are white polygons. To get out, proceed to the black hole in the back, but you will need to shoot the white crystals to open them up and pass through.
