The Grounds is a new game mode in EA Sports FC 27, where the Clubs and Rush game modes live, along with a bunch of new mini-games. In The Grounds, you'll find four mentors, each with a pathway of milestones and objectives to complete. These tie into the FC 27 trophies and achievements, so if you're chasing a Platinum trophy or 100% completion, you'll need to work through them all.

Kylian Mbappe's objectives focus on the drop-in games around The Grounds. It's worth noting that even early on, it can take a while to get into games, but the good news is that if an opponent forfeits, it still counts towards objectives.
You'll be rewarded for each objective you complete, typically with coins or XP, and you will also earn cosmetic items for each group of objectives you complete.
Playing the ranked version of any game mode will not count towards completing the objectives for the casual version. For example, playing Ranked Rush does not complete the "Play Rush once" objective for Mbappe.
Alex Hunter acts as your initial guide in The Grounds, and gets you introduced to all the other mentors. His objectives are much broader than any other mentor's, but they should be among the easiest to complete as you progress while you work through the more specific objectives for everyone else.
Rewards are available for each objective you complete, with cosmetic clothing items handed out for each group you complete.
Chloe Kelly's objectives focus on kickabouts and the mini-games you'll find around The Grounds. Her objectives are the least competitive of the four mentors and worth cleaning up first. Just like the other mentors, you'll earn rewards for completing single objectives with clothing rewards given for completing an entire group.
