Fortnite Override's very first big update brings a whole new set of content for players to enjoy. While the loot pool has changed once again with the arrival of the next rotation of Lobby Hacks, the biggest focus of the update is the arrival of new Sprites. While the Overshield Sprite may just be one of the best ones added, Mega Man also gets his own Sprite. Here is how to find it fast, along with what it does.
The Mega Man Sprite can drop from any container capable of spawning Sprites, most notably Cheat Codes, Chests, and Rare Chests. Each offers a fairly high chance of dropping the character, so be sure to search for as many as possible while looking for one.
Since Mega Man is a Rare Sprite, Rare Cheat Codes (Blue) offer the best drop rate for acquiring it. This doesn't mean it cannot drop from Epic Cheat Codes, but you may find yourself getting Epic Sprites more often if you stick to searching for the purple ones.
Unlike most other Sprites, Mega Man currently has no other variants. While this could change in a future update, the base version is the only one you need to search for right now.

Although the Mega Man Sprite shares the loot pool with the Mega Buster, both items' effects are pretty different. When equipped, the Mega Man Sprite allows you to slip and slide around with reduced friction, effectively allowing you to slide better and further regardless of the terrain. As you level up the Mega Man Sprite, your slide distance is also increased.
Much like other Sprites, Mega Man can be leveled up through traditional methods. These include opening containers, extracting other Sprites, and eliminating players, the latter of which grants the biggest Sprite XP boost. If you want to boost the speed for mastering the Mega Man Sprite, you can always bring it in on Mondays, where double Sprite XP goes into effect.
