To unlock Mister Peeks Mayhem, you will need to complete the entire Super Easter Egg. This means you must complete the Main Quest on all six maps, then find the Toy Box and toy on each map, and finally finish off with the boss rush mode in Rex Infernus. To actually use Mister Peeks Mayhem, you're going to need to head to Cursed Standard. In the Relics screen, you'll see the golden Mister Peeks on the right. If you activate Mister Peeks Mayhem, you will get all Tier 3 Cursed rewards without having to use any Relics, so that means you can play in classic mode with Golden Armor, Pack-a-Punch Tier 4, Ultra Weapon Rarity, and without a single negative effect from the Relics!

Unfortunately, these rewards are EXCLUSIVE to Cursed, so you won't be able to see these benefits in Standard. However, that doesn't mean they're not worth it, as Cursed provides the same experience, except you can't choose your starting weapon, and the points system is hit-based rather than rewarded for kills.
