As spotted by players like Stealth40k on X, Nintendo dropped an official translation for chapter zero of the Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave manga on the Nintendo Today! mobile app, letting players experience the game's introduction before even launching the game for the first time.
All you have to do to access the free manga is simply download the Nintendo Today! app, sign in with your Nintendo account, and scroll down to the Fire Emblem section of the home page to access the free prologue.
Although the Fortune's Weave manga adaptation was released this September on Shonen Jump+, this is the first official English translation of the series. The manga adaptation for Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is also scheduled to be updated with a new chapter every month, which fans will want to keep an eye out for to see how the story develops compared to the game.
While Fortune's Weave is far from the only Fire Emblem game to get its own manga adaptation or spinoff, the latest release comes as a bit of a surprise considering Nintendo never even bothered to translate the Fire Emblem Engage manga after its initial Japanese run.
