When Coen accesses the Font of Life, he gains access to an exclusive perk in the Witchcraft tree called Font of Life.
This grants passive regeneration of Human health. Sure, it only works during the day, but constant health regeneration is incredibly powerful and will make Coen much more fearsome in the battles to come.
The downside is that Anca will be unhappy with Coen for a short time. It’s still possible to romance Anca afterward.
If Anca gets the Font of Life, her scars from witchcraft disappear, and she can abandon it for good before starting a new life.
This is the best ending for her character. The downside is that you will not be able to earn the Font of Life perk for Coen. Either way, you’ll still be able to romance Anca, which is what really matters.
