How to Fish may start with a simple fishing trip, but things get much stranger once you start exploring the different islands. There are tricky quests and tough bosses to fight, but if you want an extra challenge, you can take on the game’s achievements. One achievement that has confused a lot of players is I’m the Bird Now, which asks you to make your boat fly. Here’s how you can complete it.
To make your boat fly, all you need is some dynamite and a boat. The catch is that you can't get dynamite on the starting island, so you'll have to make some progress before you can go for the I'm the Bird Now achievement.
First, you'll need to reach the Forest, which is the second island in the game. To get there, you first have to complete the Who Stole My Beer quest and defeat the Spider Crab. Once you've taken care of it, return the Spider Crab's carcass to the Lighthouse Keeper, and he'll give you the keys to his boat.
Take the boat to the second island and go to the shop. You will find Dynamite for sale there. It costs just $25. Once you have it, you should return to your boat. Equip the Dynamite from your inventory, light it, and quickly throw it next to your boat. When it explodes, the blast will launch the boat into the air. As soon as the boat takes off, you'll unlock the I'm the Bird Now achievement.
Don't take too long to throw the Dynamite after lighting it. If it explodes while you are still holding it, your character will die. After throwing it, make sure to run as far away as possible. Thankfully, even if you die, the achievement will still count as long as the explosion sent your boat flying.
