The Haunting update for Call of Duty: Warzone has arrived with Black Ops 7 Season 6, and while players may be grinding to get a new secret free Camo, there is another Easter Egg that players can complete. By stopping the Ghost Train on Haunted Hollow, you can open the Mystery Box and, if you are lucky, get the legendary Ray Gun Wonder Weapon. Here is how to get the Ray Gun in Call of Duty: Warzone.
Before you can get the Ray Gun, you must first stop the Ghost Train on Haunted Hollow. To do this, head to any of the following POIs and look for a signal lever:
Once you see the Ghost Train approaching your location, turn the lever to signal the train to stop. You must do this with plenty of time to spare before the train reaches the signal light, otherwise it will keep going. Successfully stopping the Ghost Train will make it shift back to a regular train, allowing you to climb aboard.
Now that the Ghost Train is stopped, the Mystery Box will appear on one of the rear carriages. From here, you can spin the box for a random Legendary Weapon. If you spin it long enough, you will also have a chance to get the Ray Gun Wonder Weapon from Zombies.
However, do note that you only have a limited number of spins before the train becomes a Ghost Train again, after which it will move to another location. You can repeat the previous step again to increase your chances of getting the Ray Gun.
If you are successful in getting the Ray Gun, you can use it for the rest of the game unless you drop it yourself or are eliminated by another player. The Ray Gun has an ammo reserve of 100 rounds by default, and you can actually resupply this ammunition.
The Ray Gun also deals splash damage just like it does in Zombies, though you will notice that its fire rate is fairly slow, since many players often use it with the Double Tap Perk inside of the co-op Zombies mode.
