It might come as a surprise, but there is a way to ally with Xanthe in The Blood of Dawnwalker. Max her anger level to trigger a special quest that will eventually lead to her alliance. There are many ways to anger the Boyaress, so that step shouldn't be too hard.

To ally with Xanthe in The Blood of Dawnwalker, trigger her anger quest and complete it. Finish the quests that are related to her to increase her anger level. They are easily recognizable, as the quest mark has her symbol and the Boyaress picture appears once you hover over it. Some examples are Xanthe's Recruiters quest series and Xanthe's Blood Guards quest series.
Once The Cycle of Love quest starts, complete it by navigating the manor until Xanthe appears and fights Coen. To ally with her, choose to spare her to complete the quest. In my personal playthrough, I chose the following options:
If you succeed, Xanthe appears green in the Court menu with white flags under her name.
In short, no, you cannot ally with Ambrus or Bakir in The Blood of Dawnwalker. Ambrus doesn't have a house or manor he resides in, so the only time you will face him is when his anger level reaches its maximum stage and the Boyar invites Coen for a duel.
As for Bakir, you can visit the Lunar Manor, but he won't be there until the Lunar Trial quest is triggered. Similar to Ambrus, make Bakir furious by disrupting his plans all over Vale Sangora until Farkas appears and invites you to the Lunar tournament. There are many ways to complete this quest, but none of them result in Bakir allying with you.
The thing that makes Xanthe an option for alliance is her love for her daughter, even if it's twisted. Ambrus and Bakir, on the other hand, have nothing to gain from allying with Coen.
