Dracule Mihawk's Conqueror's Haki confirmation came in the latest chapter of One Piece through a Zoro flashback. Zoro is currently fighting against Saint Sommers of the Holy Knights. As we know, the only way to defeat a Holy Knight properly is to infuse your blades with the Color of the Supreme King and stab their heart with it.
