The Jinchuriki were introduced to us at the very beginning of the Naruto series in the first chapter, which was released on September 21, 1999, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #43. As Masashi Kishimoto continued his story, he expanded upon the concept of Jinchuriki significantly. In the Chunin exams arc, the Jinchuriki of the One-Tail, Gaara, was revealed to us. With more time, it was made clear that there exist a total of nine different Jinchuriki in the world of Naruto. While all Jinchuriki are extremely powerful, not all of them wield a similar level of strength.
The Boruto series, which continues at a blistering pace, has officially confirmed that the strongest Jinchuriki of all time is none other than the Seventh Hokage of Konoha, Naruto Uzumaki, thanks to the Baryon Mode power he showcased in the battle against Isshiki Otsutsuki.
Naruto Uzumaki was made the Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tails upon birth, and for years, he did not know the power that he held inside. Once he officially became a ninja, Naruto slowly started drawing out more power from the Tailed Beast inside him. It wasn't until much later into the Fourth Great Ninja War that he officially began to gain some control over the power of the Nine-Tails. Naruto eventually ended up forming a bond with Kurama, and together the two gained enough strength to fight against legendary warriors such as Madara Uchiha. In the Fourth Great Ninja War, Naruto Uzumaki also received a portion of the chakra of the other Tailed Beasts.
When combined with the Six Paths Powers he received from Hagoromo Otsutsuki in Naruto Chapter 672, released officially on April 28, 2014, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue 20, it made him one of the strongest Jinchuriki alive.

However, in the Fourth Great Ninja War, Naruto was most certainly not the strongest Jinchuriki of all time. There was Madara Uchiha, who had the power of the Ten-Tails, and there was also the Sage of Six Paths to consider, who was quite clearly on a completely different level compared to all the other Jinchuriki. In the Boruto era, however, Naruto Uzumaki has surpassed them all, and that is all thanks to Baryon Mode. In Boruto chapter 52, released officially on November 20, 2020, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump issue 1, Naruto Uzumaki tapped into what was his ultimate ability — Baryon Mode. This power was suggested by none other than Kurama, and it saw Naruto and Kurama use their chakra as raw materials to create a new form of energy similar to nuclear fusion. With this new transformation, Naruto's power skyrocketed to the point where he even eclipsed Isshiki Otsutsuki in terms of strength. At this point, Naruto was even stronger than Hagoromo Otsutsuki and was officially the strongest Jinchuriki of all time.
