The finale has come to The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone, and it's time for Gaunter O'Dimm, Geralt, and Olgierd to meet for the last time. Below, we'll share a full walkthrough of Whatsoever a Man Soweth so you know what happens with every choice, along with advice on what choices you should make for the ultimate playthrough experience.
After your time-stopping meeting with Gaunter O'Dimm, you should meet with Shani, as this is the last chance you have to say goodbye to her as a friend. Meeting Shani also opens up a side objective to visit Premethine Shakeslock, who can give some important advice about Gaunter O'Dimm.
When Shani enters the Oxenfurt Academy, head back to the bridge you crossed and jump into the lake, where you can swim around to the right side and kill Drowned Dead and approach the wall for Shani to drop a rope that you can climb.
You can now enter the Oxenfurt Academy and kill the Witch Hunters with no consequences. Now, face opposite the locked door to the Professor's house to find a ladder that can be climbed, where you can then jump to his balcony and use Aard to break open the door and speak with him.

When you're finished speaking with Shakeslock, loot his key and his journal and leave the building. You can now exit the Oxenfurt Academy by climbing the guard tower near the wall you originally climbed with rope, and leaping into the waters below.
This is also your last opportunity to say goodbye to Shani and win the Olgierd von Everec Gwent card from her, so if you haven't done so already and you don't want to miss any Gwent cards, now's the time! After that, you'll have to travel to the Temple of Lilvani to meet Olgierd and Mirror Master.
At this point, you should create a manual save, as you'll be faced with an important choice that determines the ending of Hearts of Stone.
