Naruto Uzumaki is easily the strongest ninja to have ever lived, and when it comes to Konoha, he is the greatest that the village has ever produced. Although Naruto was born without much talent, he worked incredibly hard and forged a bond of friendship with those around him. Together, with everyone's help, he scaled the world of shinobi, reaching its very top and becoming the strongest ninja ever.
In the Boruto series, however, Naruto has faced quite a lot of hardships. Most importantly, Naruto lost the power of Kurama after utilizing Baryon Mode against Isshiki Otsutsuki. This weakened him tremendously, and now he has been surpassed by quite a lot of other Konoha ninjas. In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, Konoha's ninjas have continued to evolve, making Naruto Uzumaki obsolete in comparison.
While it might come as a surprise to some fans, Rock Lee has officially surpassed Naruto Uzumaki in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. This is primarily because Naruto was weakened tremendously in the manga after the loss of Kurama. Not only has Naruto lost access to the powers of Kurama, but he has also lost access to all his Six Paths Powers, meaning that his strongest ability right now is his Sage Mode, which, while strong, is not all that impressive.
Meanwhile, Rock Lee is a master of all Eight Gates. He is also confirmed to have surpassed Might Guy, which means that Eighth Gate Rock Lee is stronger than even Eighth Gate Guy. Given that Guy gave Madara Uchiha trouble in his Six Paths state, Lee is most certainly going to be even stronger than Naruto. In fact, even Seventh Gate Rock Lee should be a worthy rival to Naruto Uzumaki in terms of overall strength. It is unfortunate that Rock Lee has not been involved in the story more often, as fans would have loved to see his tremendous strength on display, but it seems that this is not going to change anytime soon. Regardless, he has definitely surpassed Naruto by now.
Sasuke Uchiha is yet another individual who has surpassed Naruto Uzumaki. Just as Naruto lost access to Kurama, Sasuke lost access to his Rinnegan in the same arc, but in his case, he continued to train relentlessly because, unlike Naruto, Sasuke was not sealed. When Omnipotence struck, Sasuke left Konoha with Boruto Uzumaki, and the two trained hard together.
Sasuke's strength grew dramatically during this time period, and in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 5, he was shown fighting against Code and taking one of his eyes from him. Given that Code is even stronger than Jigen and on the same level as Isshiki, Sasuke being able to pull off such a feat goes to show that he has surpassed not only Naruto Uzumaki but his former self with the Rinnegan as well.
Himawari Uzumaki is an incredibly powerful character from the next generation. She did not play much of a role in the original story, but in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, Himawari has been given new importance. Himawari has been made a Tailed Beast Incarnation in the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex series. After Kurama died and left Naruto, it reincarnated inside Himawari for some reason. In other words, Kurama is Himawari, and Himawari is Kurama.
The two are very different from a Jinchuriki because Himawari is not simply a host of the beast. She is an extension of it, just as Kurama is an extension of her. This means that Himawari has the potential to surpass even Naruto Uzumaki by adulthood. Even right now, the power that she can put out far eclipses what Naruto can do with Sage Mode, and this was seen when she took on Jura in combat. She was even shown having the skill to revive Inojin from a state of death, which goes to show that her overall potential is sky-high and her destructive capabilities are greater than Naruto's right now.
