One of the five unlockable endings in Silent Hill Townfall is the Dog Ending, which can be rather hard to find on your own. In Part 1: Arrival, head to the Video Star store located on West Shore Road to find the Bronze Coin on a shelf in the back room.
Now, head to Main Street, and opposite the Pharmacy is a donation statue for Guide Dogs. Place the Bronze Coin in the Guide Dog's head, where you can now move on until Part 4: Clara Woods.
When you start Part 4: Clara Woods, head down the long street covered in corpses. Instead of going left to Clara Woods Estate, turn right down the road and then take another right to find a wooden door that you can open. Head into the garden, and inside the wooden shed is the Silver Coin.
Once you are inside the Clara Woods Estate, head to the CEG Lockers and get the 5 South Brae Key, then solve the Disk Case puzzle inside the building to get the Bolt Cutters from Locker 17. With the Bolt Cutters, head to the alleyway behind the Post Office and unlock the gate, then head inside the Laundry building's fire exit where you can find another Guide Dog to give the Silver Coin to.
Head into Part 6: Simon and enter the SWDP - Different. During this chapter, you will have to solve the "relive the events on the CCTV" puzzle with the Remote Systems Control panel. Once you've done the puzzles and there are no more enemies, you can re-use the panel to unlock door 793.
With Door 793 now unlocked, head down the stairs into the room to find the Gold Coin on the desk marked "781". You can now leave the area where you will eventually come across a long hallway with red lights, and the final Guide Dog is waiting by the door, so give it the Gold Coin.
