The Overshield Sprite at its base rarity can be found through any of the usual Sprite acquisition methods this season in Fortnite. Cheat Codes are by far the best method. Since the Overshield Sprite is of Rare rarity, completing Rare Cheat Codes is the best and easiest way to get it, making the base version fairly common.
You can also find the Overshield Sprite in Chests or hunt for and trade with other players before extracting it for a faster way to obtain it. The Overshield Sprite's ability is pretty straightforward. When equipped, it grants Overshield in regular Battle Royale and provides extra Overshield in Zero Build. This essentially acts as an additional level of shield on top of your base 100, giving you more health overall. The amount of Overshield you receive also increases with each level.
Overall, its shield buff makes it similar to the Boss Sprite from Fortnite Runners. Unlike outliers such as the Klombo and Crown, the Overshield Sprite can be leveled up through Sprite XP earned from eliminations, searching containers, and extracting other Sprites. Cheat Code Days are the best time to get it Mastered quickly, though you may not necessarily need to wait until then.
