With almost two years under its belt, Infinity Nikki has graced fans of the franchise with some of the most intricate and memorable outfit banners out there.
Indeed, one of the game's true challenges is having enough Diamonds to pull for those outfits, but that's about to get infinitely easier for the 2.9 seasonal update.
On the heels of Infinity Nikki's hefty, month-and-a-half-long Golden Dust (2.8) season that featured two 5-Star limited banners, players are set to get quite the reprieve with the 2.9 season, in terms of shelling out Diamonds.
Cozily titled 'Bloom Beneath Bright Skies', the trailer for this update not only features a far more whimsical and laid-back vibe with Nikki and the Shroomseras, but also a big surprise at the end that's sure to delight much of the community. On top of the usual batch of free Diamonds and Revelation Crystals that come with each season via the main story and event activities, the 5-star limited banner for 2.9 will also provide 10 Free Pulls for every 10 Pulls you make from your Diamond wallet.
As stated in the Infinity Nikki 2.9 version trailer: "The Heartfelt Limited-Time Resonance event is coming soon! The new 5-star outfit will be available during the event. Each time you select 'x10 Resonate' on the event page, an additional free 10-draw will trigger immediately. This bonus can be triggered 10 times, granting up to 100 free Resonances in total!"
This BOGO-style banner is a first for Infinity Nikki, and gives players a chance to get both a 5-Star and, in tandem, a 4-Star outfit for essentially 50% off what they would normally be in terms of Resonance Pulls. While not explicitly confirmed by Infold, per the wording in the trailer itself, there is a bit of fine print to this special offer.
