The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct set for September 8

Nintendo will host a The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct on September 8 at 7:00 a.m. PT / 10:00 a.m. ET, the company announced. You will be able to watch it on YouTube (America, Europe, Japan) and Nintendo.com (America, Europe, Japan).

The presentation will last approximately 30 minutes.

Nintendo recently announced a remake of the Nintendo 64 classic The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for Switch 2, which is due out in 2026. Nintendo will likely lift the veil on the remake during the broadcast.
