Capcom and Konami have each announced showcases taking place this month.
The first to air will be Konami‘s upcoming Konami Press Start showcase, which will take place this Friday, September 3 at 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm BST.
According to Konami, the show will present more information on its latest line-up of games, including Silent Hill: Townfall, Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse and the recently announced RPG Rev NOiR.
The showcase will feature new gameplay footage and video messages from the developers of each game.
It’s not yet known whether any new games will be announced, but in an attempt to stave off speculation, Konami has already confirmed in advance that “there will be no announcements regarding a remake of Silent Hill”.

Then, later in the month, Capcom will host its next Capcom Spotlight presentation, to mark the start of Tokyo Game Show.
The next Capcom Spotlight will take place on September 16 at 7am PT / 10am ET / 3pm BST, and will last 40 minutes.
