Dragon Ball: 8 Strongest God Level Heroes, Ranked

Dragon Ball: 8 Strongest God Level Heroes, Ranked

In the current era of the Dragon Ball franchise, the power hierarchy regarding the main heroes of the series has been made quite clear. Ever since the definitive battle against Cell Max saw Gohan and Piccolo achieve their new forms, all 5 of the main heroes of the series have reached the same level of power.

As such, the discussion then comes down to the most powerful heroes who exist at the level of the Gods. Of course, the Destroyers and others belonging to the Divine Hierarchy haven't been seen in action too much, so such a list can only be speculated regarding their power, but we can still break down the most powerful God-Level heroes in all of Dragon Ball.

As the resident tactician of the Z-Fighters and one of the greatest Martial Artists in the multiverse, Piccolo has long been a fan-favorite whom the community has desperately wanted to be just as relevant to the main story as the Saiyans. Their wishes would finally be answered in the Super Hero arc, where his new Orange Piccolo state made him the strongest Namekian ever.

Through these means, he rapidly rose up to the level of his comrades to become one of Universe 7's most staunch and powerful protectors. Because of this, it can be seen that he is now far stronger than Super Saiyan Blue and maybe even Goku's first iteration of Ultra Instinct, easily earning Piccolo the title of being a God-Level hero around the level of the Destroyers.

It was truly incredible when Broly fought against Goku and Vegeta, as it showed him vastly surpass the level of Super Saiyan Blue in his first ever fight. Even then, Broly's incredible strength while in his Berserk Super Saiyan state was compared to Beerus's own, which is one of the greatest measures of power one can have in the series.

However, the major caveat with Broly was the fact that this strength came at the price of him losing his mind. However, Chapter 103 of the manga finally showed the Saiyan gaining full control of his unparalleled potential, with which he was able to match Ultra Instinct Goku and Beast Gohan in just his regular Super Saiyan form, marking him as comfortably being in the God-Level.

Granolah was one of the best additions made to Dragon Ball Super, particularly because of his relevance to the Saiyan storyline and connection to Vegeta's development. More than that, however, he was one of the most powerful characters in the history of the franchise, made so due to his wish to become the strongest mortal in Universe 7 at the cost of much of his lifespan.

He started his time in the franchise as an antagonist who not only defeated Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku with a single hit, but he also matched Ultra Ego Vegeta with his transformation. By the end of the arc, however, Granolah becomes an invaluable ally to Goku and Vegeta to defeat Gas, and because of his ability to stand toe-to-toe with users of Divine Techniques, he deserves his spot on this level.
