The Six Paths powers are some of the strongest abilities that Masashi Kishimoto has introduced to the Naruto universe. Initially, the Six Paths powers came into the spotlight with the reveal of the Rinnegan when Jiraiya fought against Pain in Naruto chapter 369.
However, this concept was properly explained to us when Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha met the Sage of Six Paths in Naruto chapter 670. Now, however, in the Boruto era, the Six Paths powers are officially obsolete. In fact, there is no user of the Six Paths powers alive in the series right now, and there will not be any new user of the Six Paths Powers that we will see in the future either. It is finally the end of the era of Six Paths powers in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, but interestingly enough, a new replacement system is now on the rise.
A significant portion of Six Paths powers that existed in the world of Naruto and Boruto stemmed from the Tailed Beasts. There are many ways to obtain Six Paths Powers in the world of Naruto, and one of them is by becoming the Jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails. Hagoromo Otsutsuki, the Sage of Six Paths, became the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki after defeating Kaguya Otsutsuki. This essentially meant that anyone who obtained the same chakra as Hagoromo Otsutsuki gained access to Six Paths powers.
Obito Uchiha became the Jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails in the Fourth Great Ninja War and gained access to Six Paths Powers with it. Madara Uchiha gained access to Six Paths powers when he first awakened the Rinnegan and later when he became the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki in the Fourth Great Ninja War. Similarly, Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha were both officially confirmed to be users of Six Paths powers in Naruto Chapter 673, which was released on May 5, 2014, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue 21. In this chapter, Madara officially confirmed that Naruto had Six Paths Senjutsu, while Sasuke had the Six Paths Dojutsu.

In the Boruto series, however, the concept of Jinchuriki has forever been erased. The Tailed Beasts roam the world freely, and Naruto Uzumaki has lost the power of Kurama. Killer Bee is the last known Jinchuriki, but he too will die. When that happens, Gyuki is free to roam the world as well. In other words, with the death of the Jinchuriki, attaining Six Paths powers now is practically impossible for the vast majority.
The last two individuals to wield Six Paths powers in the Boruto world were none other than Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto had access to the Six Paths Senjutsu, which he attained in the Fourth Great Ninja War, while Sasuke had the Rinnegan, which is the Six Paths Dojutsu. Naruto lost the powers of Kurama in chapter 55 of the Boruto series, which was released on February 19, 2021, in V-Jump Issue 4. Meanwhile, Sasuke's Rinnegan was taken away from him in chapter 54, which was released on January 20, 2021, with both Naruto and Sasuke losing their Six Paths powers.
