Making such a choice where you're responsible for taking or sparing a life is not something to act irrationally on, especially when potential loot could be missed! Once you've beaten LT Harmony, you have the choice to kill her or spare her, but as far as we are aware, neither decision actually has any consequence, and you will still get the same loot. Killing or sparing LT Harmony is just a moral choice for the player, but it's only something you can do once, as when you farm LT Harmony, there's no option to spare her.
I decided to spare LT Harmony, as she made it pretty clear throughout Story Pack 2 that she was a super fan, and she was surprisingly likeable, so it felt like a shame to just kill her when she had already given up. So why not show mercy in the hopes that she can change her ways?
However, there is just cause to kill her. She tried to kill FL4K's skag, attempted to steal FL4K's brain, has a tyrannical crusade to deploy a robot army against the bandit populace (Handsome Jack vibes, anyone?) and uses her own soldiers as cannon fodder. So really the decision is entirely yours, because both choices are entirely justified!
The most important factor to remember: killing or sparing LT Harmony gets you the same loot, so you won't miss out on potential Legendary and Pearlescent rewards.
The only thing that changes is the outcome of her story, because if you spare her, she will just awkwardly stand up and teleport away. But if you kill her? Well then, she's dead. Nothing to worry about.
