Grounded 2: Into the Abyss has added a ton of new materials that need to be collected to craft all the new armor sets, and Sunken Bone is one of them. This is a particularly hard material to spot, since it's only available in one or two spots in the underwater areas of Skunk Pond and The Bridge.
If you are already exploring the aquatic biomes in this new expansion, you might have noticed most of the mats are Tier 2 and Tier 3, and Sunken Bone is no exception to the rule, so you'll need to start by unlocking the proper Omni-Tool Upgrade for it. Learn exactly where you can find Sunken Bone in Grounded 2, as well as how to farm it and what crafting recipes you can use it for.
To find and Farm Sunken Bones in Grounded 2, travel to the Skunk Pond Area or the Bridge Area, then prepare your diving gear. You will also need the Omni-Shovel Tool at Level 3, since the Sunken Bones are Tier 3 Materials.
Now look around the bottom of the pond, especially in the muddy banks where you also find Koi Fish Scales, to spot small white fragments in the ground.
Approach it while avoiding the nearby enemies (which are quite annoying, especially the Water Fleas and Diver Bell Spiders), then start to shovel the bones out of the ground using the Omni Tool. That's how you get Sunken Bone. Now, as for the recipes you can craft with it, you need it for the following recipes:
The Harpoon Gun and Bolts are the new underwater weapon (as well as the Trident) that are key for underwater combat, so you need to have these if you want to tackle all the endgame exploration at the bottom of the sunken Ominent Facilities.
