OZARK is about a rescue mission going very wrong in a remote mountain range in Northern Canada. The game starts with the title player losing the signal of their partner and getting immersed in a rescue mission with horrific human experimentation in a facility. The horrors keep persisting as everything takes a turn for the worse.
You’ll be able to run, shoot, and try to survive in this story-heavy side-scrolling horror shooter. OZARK will also only require one Steam key to share the experience with another player in the co-op version of the game.
The co-op is built on classic duo action where you both survive, or you die trying to make it out alive. It will be possible to share items between players, and both will discover the secrets in the facility in the 3- to 6-hour-long game.
OZARK shines by giving more bang for your buck by allowing two friends to play the game together using one single key, so the second player won’t need to buy their own version of the game to join in on the fun.
The release date is still being kept a secret by ALTER-BOY, but the latest news is pleasant information on the price. Since the game is an old-school two-player scroller it will reflect on the time required for the game.
ALTER-BOY advertises that this is a game that two players can sit down and finish for the price of several cups of coffee (or one really overpriced one). Even if the game is recommended for two players, you are also welcome to play solo to enjoy the gritty horror.
