Documents and Clues are the primary collectibles in Silent Hill: Townfall and will play a major role in solving puzzles and discovering what's really going on in St. Amelia with Simon, Zoe, and Richard.
There are 85 documents and clues in total, which will be found in your inventory once they're collected, and you'll need to find them all if you hope to unlock every achievement in the game. Since the game is broken up into segments, you won't be able to backtrack for documents you missed, but they do carry over into New Game+.
All documents listed under "Clues" instead of "Documents" will be highlighted in red.
After the St. Amelia sign is revealed, you'll see a flashing light post ahead. This notice will be to your right on the Harbourmaster door.
Shortly after you pick up the map, use it to find your way to the clinic, which will be down an alley on your right. This document is posted outside the clinic.

Found in the bathroom shortly after you receive the CRTV and solve the date puzzle on the hotel room door in Otherworld.
Found at the hotel lobby's front desk, shortly after the elevator sequence, where you see the first enemy.
