Restricted maps are Phasmophobia putting its giant haunted locations on a diet. Instead of wandering through every possible hallway, classroom, cell block, or room, these smaller variants give you a more contained area to investigate. Cute! Less cute when the ghost starts throwing things at you, but that is between you and your sanity bar.
Cursed Possessions can also be a little trickier to track down on these maps, since their locations are tied to the restricted layouts. If you are trying to find the Tarot Cards, Monkey Paw, Ouija Board, or another cursed item without spending half your investigation sprinting in circles, knowing the usual spawn areas is a lifesaver. Here are all the Cursed Possession locations on Phasmophobia's Restricted maps.
A Restricted map is a smaller, limited version of a larger map. Instead of investigating the entire location, certain sections are blocked off, which gives you a much more contained area to search.
Below, we detail where you'll find the cursed object locations on the restricted maps.
All Cursed Possessions can be found in the entrance hallway.
The Haunted Mirror is under the row of chairs, while the Summoning Circle is at the end of the hallway. The Tarot Cards are inside the blue crate, and the Music Box is inside the black crate. The Voodoo Doll sits on the table between the crates, while the Ouija Board is on the floor behind it. The Monkey Paw is on the table beside the blue crate.
All Cursed Possessions are located in the Chapel.
The Monkey Paw can be found at the base of the large crucifix, while the remaining possessions are positioned around the Summoning Circle in the center of the room.
